The WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ 4.0 is an assessment that measures an individual’s behavioral tendencies in the work setting. Currently available in 8 languages, it contains 107 questions and is easily completed online within 10-15 minutes. The assessment meets all United States EEOC and ADA requirements. Trait and Narrator Report
The Trait and Narrator Report are bundled as a single product. The Trait Report offers graphical representation of an individual’s scores on 5 supertraits and 23 subtraits in clear and concise work-related language. The conceptual framework is accessible and intuitive. The Narrator Report explains a person’s trait scores with detailed text on both the traits and themes such as leadership, emotional intelligence, work habits and values.

Trait Capacitor Report
The Trait Capacitor Report estimates your energy capacity for various competencies. Once the basic traits are analyzed, your scores go through another level of analysis to estimate your capacity to perform a competency. There are currently 54 WorkPlace competencies from which to include.

The Consultant Report is intended to support the Consultant in his/her interpretation of the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ Trait Report, Narrator Report and Trait Capacitor Report. It provides summary information from those reports, as well as additional information such as Item Responses, Response Set Bias, Consistency Indices, Trait Blends and detailed data for the Capacity Scores.
